I used the Tree line die (DG745) and put it through the die cutting machine very simply with black cardstock and set it aside. The fireworks stencil (LJ886) was done with the double glitter technique. I used opaque microfine glitters in navy, bright blue and two colors of red. For those of you who have never done double glitter, come back tomorrow and I will have this tutorial complete. Showing you the steps of how double glitter works is my goal. It is one of my favorite techniques and is truly quite simple. You only have to remember a couple of important tips. In the meantime enjoy your 4th celebrations and Happy Birthday to my friends!
Leave a comment this week for the chance to win a special prize next Thursday...I will be doing several cards using this die and will repeat the sketch once or twice as well.

Happy birthdays and 4th of July! I love your double glitter technique on the back of this card. So much sparkle, bang and pop!
It's lovely seeing the different ways that you use one die and helps me to look at my collection from a different angle. I love the double glitter technique and on this card it makes the fireworks look so striking against the black trees. x
is a perfect car for this holiday! and congrats Jenn!
This card looks fabulous!
The more I see this die, the more I want it! Y'all have such great ideas-thanks for sharing.
Great card!
Thanks for the reminder that simple black cardstock is our friend, a silhouette looks great on any card. This one really showcases the trees as well as the fireworks.
Love that fireworks stencil.
