Dreamweaver and Stampendous: Dream-Pendous Day Three

Welcome to another "Dream-Pendous" week of inspiration! The Stampendous team and the Dreamweaver team are collaborating once again with all the fun toys in both team's arsenal. Of course, as usual, there will be great prizes available for those who comment throughout this week. In face there will be three prize packages available to win. Each will have a great selection of Dreamweaver Stencils and Stampendous images and dies...one of which being the new "Blossom Beauty" face image as shown on the badge above.

Here is my creation for today:

Pam here again! Today I'm posting a creation with a fabulous mix of all things Dreamweaver and Stampendous! There is a LOT going on on this card. I used a panel of linen fabric which I stamped the Stampendous Old World Map in black ink. Over the top I ink-stenciled the Dreamweaver Toucan and the Fern Frond with a variety of brushes and using the Tsukineko Splendor Circus pad as my palette. This panel of linen was fringed, crumpled, spritzed, and smudged to my heart's content. I even added slits on the side to add a stained wood dowel piece! One of my favorite Stampendous sentiments, a quote from J. R. R. Tolkien, was the "glue" that made all of this actually work together! The last embellies were sprinkles of Stampendous Color Fragments and Mica chips atop all of the layers that were finally adhered to a kraft base card. Whew! The end result reminds me of someone who returned from abroad, and just dropped all the mementoes from their trip onto the table...photos, maps, sticks, stones, and scraps...left there to make them smile...and hopefully, YOU as well!

Please visit the team's players for today, and leave comments as you go!
