Monthly Challenge ...."ART" Glitter and/or Weddings

This month we are joining Art Glitter's design team and the challenges will be "lots of glitter and/or weddings!" Click HERE to navigate to their BLOG and you will have double fun looking at stencils done in a variety of ways. KC from the Art Glitter's design team has posted already on their BLOG doing a tutorial with a technique called Double Glitter. She has linked to a YouTube segment that I did for a TV show called Scrapbook Soup and in it I did the card you see on the right. Click HERE to see the video if you want to see this technique done step-by-step.

I used AG's microfine transparent glitter called HOT LIPS. The pink cardstock in the background was paste-embossed with Glossy Black Embossing Paste (DGKP) onto the raindrops stencil (LJ905). The "showers" sentiment stencil (LG738) was paste-embossed with Glossy White Embossing Paste (DGWP) and then sprinkled with the HOT LIPS glitter.  The handle of the umbrella stencil (LG737) and the dots stencil (LJ804) were stenciled with black pigment ink. The background glitter was a transparent crystal glitter.

We are doing our giveaway a bit differently this month. We will gift four challenge winners (one for each week) with the following gift packet of stencils plus some fabulous glitter from Art Glitter as well, so start creating and link to mr. linky below:

Come back on Thursday to play along for our first week of Glitteritous Fun and to see what the design team has created. Beautiful card, Lynell. Holy cow, that is A LOT of stuff you can win from Dreamweaver, and glitter, too! If I were eligible, I would sure enter! Plus, the double glitter technique is SO easy! I am going to have a great time this month.
