Fluttery and Swirly for Valentine's Day!

Are you ready for the new Dreamweaver challenge for the month of February? It will be a short month of posts for the Dream Team, but we're pretty excited to share with you our versions of "February Flutters", meaning anything that flutters. Heart flutters, wings that flutter, breezes, sails, etc. So, come along for the ride and link your own "flutterings" to the Dream It Up! blog for a chance to win the stencil of your choice. Meanwhile, here's my "fluttering" for the week:

Pam here, posting for Lynell as she is preparing to "flutter" her wings and fly to the UK for a teaching trip with the Woodware UK girls.

This gorgeous card was created by our pal, Elaine Benedict, once again. She has just the best style with stenciling...crisp, clean, pretty, and colorful. She has pasted the newly released Swirly Heart over two panels of cardstock, and covered each with the opposite's color of glitter. A very simple technique, but so wonderful in appearance. As you are using opposite panels, you could easily create at least two cards...paste and glitter one design on one color panel. Do the same with the other color panel. Cut each in half, and you have the makings for two cards! Wouldn't this make a wonderful Valentine, wedding card, invite, anniversary, or just-because card?

Remember, we would love for you to play along with us. Link your own creations to the linkytool at the bottom of this post. If you need more specific directions, click HERE!

Our "B" team has been busy working on creating cards with that "fluttery" feeling. Lea was attempting to make an elephant "flutter"! I wonder... was she able to make that work?
