31 Days of Halloween with Smudged and Smeared-Day Thirteen

The Dream Team are dipping their fingers into all things spooky, creepy, and scary, as we play along with the Smeared and Smudged 31 Days of Halloween. The team will be taking turns to fill the quota of 31 days on the Dream It Up! blog, and posting on their own blogs as well. Be sure to leave them lots of love as this is truly a challenge for many of them! Here is today's post from Alison Heikkila:

I used the pretty Cameo stencil for my family portrait wall. I simply colored her in with marker, and used an embossing ink and red powder for her border. If you look realllllly close...you'll see that I added some fangs. Oh! And is that blood dripping off of her mouth? Someone get this girl a napkin!

I had some fun paper from K & Co. that had the rest of these fun cameos, so I cut them out and used them on paper from DCWV that reminded me of wall paper. For my stamps, I used a couple of small flies and a spider, to add to the creep factor. So this is my Portrait of an American Family. All of you Marilyn Manson fans out there should get that. ;)

The Smeared and Smudged site is offering prizes each day of the month by a long list of sponsors...Dreamweaver being one of them, but we are also offering one stencil (our choice) to one lucky commenter on the Dream It Up! blog each day of the month! So, leave your comment below before heading over the Smeared and Smudged blog to view all of the other creepiness!

That's a cool effect. At first when I looked at it I didn't notice the scary heads.
